CReW+ Academy

About the CReW+ Academy

It is a free platform that brings together all the training initiatives within the GEF CReW+ project in a single point. The objective is to provide knowledge and use the space for the co-creation of water and sanitation solutions in the region.

We offer short courses addressing our main target groups both at the political level (ministries) and the private sector, like service providers, associations and regional organizations, of the 18 participating countries. Everyone is invited to participate.

The CReW+ Academy is structured in blocks of three months. During each block, short courses (Modules) will be offered, made up of a series of classes (units). You can participate in a whole block, a module or one or more units. The goal is to share knowledge, so no commitment is expected beyond participating and sharing.

Our objectives are...

  • to establish strategic alliances with relevant regional and / or local expert organizations that serve to improve the implementation of GEF CreW+,

  • to enhance and spread knowledge through the exchange of experts and to make it available to project partners in the region,

  • to contribute to the progress in the water and sanitation sector worldwide, sharing findings on relevant issues such as Climate Resilience, Gender Lens Investing, and indigenous wisdom.
